This is a series of watercolors that document the somatic practice of germination of a seed. Potential energy lies dormant and protected by a harder layer, but under the right circumstances it unfolds into the future plant. Thus, the vegetal way of life, something weak by default, inspires me to find contact with my life force and to thrive in an unstable and sometimes unfavorable environment.
