"From Two to Five" is a dance-sound composition, sound choreography and a score of collective games.

The performance "From Two to Five" grew out of the book of the same name by Kornei Ivanovich Chukovsky, but is not an illustration of the text or childhood. From Two to Five proved to be a surprisingly performative and liberating book. The practices found here opened up sound, movement and their relationship to each other from a new angle. The word began to feel like a sound construct, a consequence of rhythmic play, and only then a carrier of meaning.

The meanings and images that emerge in the process are products of a collective field, of an internal agreement. For example, the process of sound production in combination with the microphone evoked the image of a rock star, which is more popular the more eccentric it moves and sounds.

The performance "Two to Five" manifests the sound-performance as a pre-verbal experience of the body, which unfolds before the viewer in a dance that flickers between the individual and the collective.

The entire sound palette of the performance is created by the performers themselves.
