The «Laboratory of the Current Constitution» was developed
and conducted within the framework of the «Factory
Workshops» programme of the CTI Factory. A working group
of more than 30 people has been established. structure and
methods of the laboratory were invented by Vik Lashchenov
and Anya Belousova in 2018-2019.

About 15 performances were held at the Factory Centre, the
Electrotheatre, the living room «Arzamas» in the CSDH, at the
independent site 4/413 in Petersburg.

In each lab, we made the situations of the participants visible in
the political field, found rules that already existed but were not
being enforced, and decided what changes could be made to
the constitution. We compiled these statements into statements
on a personal level as metaphors and invited gallery visitors to
make these slogans.
As a result, a series of stickers with laboratory amendments
were created, a round table was held in the Electrotheatre with
contribution of a lawyer and a psychologist, and a performance
«Mitya’s Meeting» was created.
